This is a great money saving offer, as the package prices are much lower than the total sum of the single items. For further information see price list. Take advantage of our Bulk Order Discounts! We offer the following Bulk Order Discount on all tables, therapy chairs and stools: 5% discount for 3-4 tables or chairs or, 10% discount for 5 pieces or more. For all other articles we offer the following Quantity Discount: 5% discount for 5 pieces or more, 10% for 10 pieces or more. Discounts may not be combined with vouchers and school discounts.
Which table is the right one for you?
The purchase of a table is quite often made during the training at the beginning of a career. We would like to assist you in making the right choice and have listed below frequently asked questions and a few key words and factors to consider concerning the use of our portable tables:
How often will you transport your table?
Principally, our entire range of portable tables is also designed for mobile use. Aside from the weight of the table, the width of the table is a major factor to consider when making your choice. The rule is: the wider the table, the larger (and higher!) it is when it is folded, thus becoming very impractical to transport for smaller people. We highly recommend the use of a Carry Case, which allows an easy transport of your table and provides excellent protection for the upholstery.
What is the right table width for your work?
The correct width for your table depends on the treatments and techniques you use as well as on your own body size. We mostly sell widths between 71 cm and 79 cm. A wider table offers more comfort for your client. We especially recommend widths of 76 cm or 79 cm for longer, relaxation-oriented treatments, as this allows the client's arms to rest comfortably on the table also whilst lying face-up. If you have a smaller body size, then we recommend a narrower table so that you do not have to bend too often. Narrower tables are ideal for making house calls, however provide less comfort for the client than the wider tables.
Do you kneel on the table during the treatment?
Kneeling on the table top during a treatment puts excess pressure on the table. Choose a table made for this purpose such as the NOVA or the ATHLET models. These tables have been specifically designed to handle such strain and will provide you with extra safety and durability for many years.
Do you need firm support?
Our tables are comfortably padded and softer than traditional massage tables. For chiropractic treatments and physiotherapy we offer special foams with higher density that are more firm.
How often will you use your table?
The Oakworks massage tables and chairs have been developed and manufactured to handle the strains of daily use and for professional use in clinics and medical centers. The products undergo the strictest and toughest quality testing. We fully and totally recommend these tables. The initial higher purchase price pays off over the years in comparison to a cheaper table!

To modify an item in your shopping cart simply change the specifications according your needs and click "update" to save the changes. To remove an item from your shopping cart click "remove". Once the products in your shopping carts are correct and you want to continue the purchase click "Continue to Next Step". In the next step you will be asked to enter your personal data, to choose a payment method and to agree to our terms and conditions. The order process may be cancelled at any time or finalize your order by clicking "submit order".
Contract Conclusion:
By clicking the button "submit order" you complete a binding order over the items listed in the shopping cart. The order is followed by an immediate confirmation. The contract is concluded by our order confirmation or by the delivery of the goods.

Payment Methods
The amount due can be paid by prepayment (banktransfer before delivery), direct debit (only available for german bank accounts), credit card (Visa Card or Mastercard - only available for non-german recipients) or cash on delivery. Further details you receive after choosing one payment option.
Delivery times
Please see the product description for estimated delivery times. Our standard delivery time is 1 to 7 working days - depending on the destination of the package. Deviating delivery times will be mentioned in our order confirmation. On request we can agree on later delivery if desired.
Partial Deliveries
We are authorised to deliver in installments as far as reasonable for you. Additional shipping charges are only generated if explicitly stated.
Right of Withdrawal
As private customer you have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of the date of delivery. The withdrawal has to be in written form e.g. letter, fax or email to shop@bodynova.de or by returning the goods. The return of purchased goods has to happen in their original condition with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories as well as any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if a product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
Note: the return policy does not apply to custom build items or stationery tables delivered via forwarding agency.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal the mutual benefits have to be returned. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If you return the item from within Germany and the purchase price exceeds EUR 40,- we will cover the shipping charges. Please contact us n this case – we will provide you with return labels for the package. Note: we refuse to receive packages that are not prepaid!

Warranty
Warranty applies according the statutory regulations. In case of a defect we have the right to correct or to send additional or replacement parts. In case of failure of the correction you have the right to return the item and will receive full refund of the item’s purchase price or to keep the item and lower the purchase price.
