How do we ship?
We send by DPD (German Parcel Service), Post (DHL) or UPS. Bulky items like stationary massage table have to be send by a freight forwarder. Ask for an individual offer to your destination.
Delivery times?
All orders are processed immediately.
If the goods ordered are on stock the delivery will happen within 1 - 7 working days, depending on the destination of the shipment and the applicable freight service. Small parcels, i.e. accessories and massage chairs usually arrive 24 hours after ordering/receiving your payment (within Germany).
Shipping costs?
We choose the fastest and most reliable shipping partner depending on your order and the destination.
Since the shipping costs are constantly increasing, we need to pass on a part of the costs. This specially applies for folding massage tables which are regarded by all percel services as bulky goods.

Despite our utmost care occasionally parcels arrive damaged.
If you receive a damaged shipment please observe the following procedure:
Transport damages must be claimed immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Please demand for a written confirmation if accepting the parcel. Please let BODYNOVA know about the damage.
If you wish to return the goods, please let us know beforehand by email, fax or phone.
